River Rock Flooring LLC is a family-owned flooring and tile contractor in Wenatchee, Washington, serving North Central Washington since 2012. This page explains, in plain English, what information this website collects and what we do with it.

On the free estimate form that is your name, phone number, email address, city, the type of project you are planning, the rooms involved, your timeline, and anything you write in the description box. On the builder inquiry form that is your company name, contact name, phone, email, project type, and message.

We also use standard website analytics, which records anonymous usage information such as which pages were viewed, roughly what region a visit came from, and whether someone tapped the call button. Analytics does not tell us who you are.

How we use it

We use your contact information to respond to your request, schedule an in-person measure, send you a written estimate, and follow up about your project. If you become a customer we keep basic job records so we can stand behind our work later. We use analytics to understand which pages are useful and to improve the site.

We do not sell your information

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information to anyone. We do not share it with third parties for marketing. We only share information with service providers that help us run the website and our business, such as our website host and email provider, and only to the extent they need it to provide that service. We may disclose information if the law requires it.

Cookies and analytics

Analytics may set a cookie in your browser to tell repeat visits apart from new ones. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. The site works fine without them.

Keeping information safe

Form submissions are transmitted over an encrypted connection and stored in a secured database that only we can access. No system is perfect, but we treat your contact details the way we would want ours treated.

Requests, corrections, and deletion

You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call (509) 638-2592 or send us a note through the estimate form and we will take care of it.

Children

This website is for homeowners, builders, and property managers. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
