Accessibility Statement

River Rock Flooring is a family-owned flooring and tile contractor in Wenatchee, Washington. We want every neighbor in North Central Washington to be able to use this website, learn about our work, and reach us easily.

Our commitment

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. In practice that means readable text sizes and color contrast, clear headings, labels on every form field, descriptive alternative text on photos, keyboard navigation for menus and forms, and visible focus outlines so you always know where you are on the page.

Ongoing work

Accessibility is not a one-time checklist. We review new pages and photos as we add them and fix issues as we find them. Some third-party content, such as embedded maps or review widgets, may not be fully under our control, and we work to provide a plain-text alternative where that happens.

Need help using this site?

If any part of this website is difficult to use, or if you would rather just talk to a person, call (509) 638-2592. The owner answers the phone, and we are glad to take your project details, answer questions, and schedule a free in-person estimate over the phone instead of through the form.

Feedback

Tell us what got in your way and we will fix it. Include the page and what happened, and we will follow up within one business day.
